Because MoooVeee requires no account, we collect only what is necessary to deliver your video.
Content you provide:
- Photos you upload for animation
- Voice recordings you submit for lip-sync
- Text scripts you enter for AI narration
- Creative preferences and settings you configure (gesture, tone, camera, etc.)
Payment & contact information:
- Email address provided for your payment receipt
- Payment information — processed exclusively by Stripe; we never store your card details
Technical & usage data:
- IP address and general geographic region
- Browser type and device information
- Pages visited and features used on the MoooVeee website
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)
3 How We Use Your Information
- To process your request and generate your AI video
- To send your payment receipt and service-related communications
- To improve the MoooVeee platform, detect errors, and enhance user experience
- To protect against fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Use
- To comply with applicable legal obligations
- To feature your video as a showcase example — only with your explicit consent (see Section 4)
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles or target you with third-party ads.
4 Video Showcase & Social Media Use
Your consent always comes first. We may ask if you'd like your completed video featured on our website or social media pages as a real-world example. This is always optional and opt-in — we will never share your video for marketing purposes without your permission.
Here's exactly how our showcase program works:
- After your video is created, we may present an optional prompt asking if you'd like to share it as a showcase example
- If you opt in, your video may be featured on our website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other social channels
- We will not identify you by full name or share personal information alongside your video unless you explicitly provide that for this purpose
- If you later wish to have a featured video removed from our channels, contact us and we will make commercially reasonable efforts to remove it
- If you do not opt in, your video will not be used for any showcase or marketing purpose — period
License grant on opt-in: By opting in to video showcase, you grant MoooVeee a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share your video for marketing and promotional purposes. This license continues unless and until you request removal.
If you upload a photo of another person, you represent that you have that person's consent for their image to be used in a video — and for that video to potentially be shared publicly if you opt in to showcase use.
5 How We Share Your Information
- AI processing partners — Your photo, audio, and script are transmitted to third-party AI services (including Wan 2.6 and InfiniteTalk) solely to generate your video. These providers process your content under their own data and privacy policies.
- Payment processor — Stripe processes your payment. Your card information is never transmitted to or stored by MoooVeee.
- Legal compliance — We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of MoooVeee or others.
- Business transfers — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of MoooVeee, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.
6 Data Retention
We retain uploaded photos, audio recordings, and generated videos for a limited period necessary to deliver your video and handle support requests. Generated videos are accessible via shareable link for approximately 3 days before expiring from our servers.
Email addresses and payment records are retained as required for financial and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
7 Cookies & Tracking
MoooVeee uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the website and understand how users interact with our service. We use the Facebook Pixel for marketing analytics, which collects data about page visits in accordance with Meta's data policy.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect certain website functionality.
8 Your Rights & Choices

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. All payment processing runs through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
