We want you to be thrilled with your MoooVeee video. If you're not, we've got you covered — once. Here's everything you need to know about our satisfaction guarantee.
Our Guarantee
Full Refund If You're Not Satisfied
If your video doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, we will issue a full refund of your payment — no questions asked. This guarantee applies one time per customer, on any video purchase.
1 How Our Refund Works
⚡ One-Time Per Customer
MoooVeee offers a single lifetime satisfaction refund per customer. Here's exactly what that means:
- If you are dissatisfied with a video for any reason, contact us and we will refund the full amount you paid for that video
- This refund is available one time only per customer, regardless of how many videos you have created
- When your refund is issued, we will confirm in writing that this was your one-time satisfaction refund and that future purchases are not eligible for satisfaction-based refunds
- This one-time refund cannot be transferred, stacked, or applied retroactively to prior purchases
Please note: Once a satisfaction refund has been issued to you and you have been notified in writing, no additional satisfaction-based refunds will be granted for any future purchases. We trust our customers to use this policy in good faith.
2 How to Request a Refund

Reach out via the MoooVeee website at www.moooveee.com with the email address used for your purchase and a brief description of your concern.

We verify your purchase
We confirm your payment details and check whether a satisfaction refund has previously been issued to your account.

Refund is issued
If eligible, we process a full refund to your original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Written confirmation sent
We send written notice confirming your one-time satisfaction refund has been used and that future purchases will not be eligible for satisfaction-based refunds.
3 What Is & Isn't Covered
Covered by our one-time satisfaction refund:
- You are unhappy with the quality or result of your video for any reason
- The video did not match your creative expectations
- Technical issues on our end affected the output of your video
- Any other reason — we're not here to interrogate your disappointment
Not covered by our refund policy:
- Videos rejected by our AI systems (including Wan 2.6) due to prohibited content under our Terms of Use — if the AI declined your request due to policy violations, no refund will be issued
- Requests for a second or subsequent satisfaction refund from the same customer
- Dissatisfaction arising from the customer providing poor-quality or unsuitable input (e.g., a heavily blurred photo or incoherent script), unless the output was also technically defective
- Change of mind after a video has been downloaded and publicly shared by the customer
4 Technical Failures
If your video fails to generate due to a technical error on our end — not AI content filtering — we will issue a refund or credit regardless of whether you have previously used your one-time satisfaction refund. Technical failure refunds are handled separately and do not count against your one-time guarantee.
5 Abuse of This Policy
This refund policy is designed for honest customers who genuinely didn't get what they hoped for. We reserve the right to deny refund requests — including initial requests — if we have reasonable evidence of abuse, fraud, or bad-faith use of our service or this policy. This includes patterns of repeated purchases and refund requests across multiple accounts or payment methods.
