Terms of Use
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using MoooVeee. By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use MoooVeee.
1 About MoooVeee
MoooVeee ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered video creation service that allows users to animate photographs with voice narration. The service is powered by third-party AI models including Wan 2.6 and InfiniteTalk. By using MoooVeee, you agree to these Terms of Use in their entirety.
2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use MoooVeee. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may not use MoooVeee under any circumstances.
3 Acceptable Use
MoooVeee is intended for personal, creative, and lawful business purposes. Permitted uses include:
- Personal messages, greetings, and birthday videos
- Legitimate business promotions and professional introductions
- Creative, humorous, or entertainment content
- Family memories and personal tributes
4 Prohibited Content & Conduct
You may not use MoooVeee to create, attempt to create, distribute, or request videos that contain or involve any of the following:
Zero Tolerance Policy: We have absolutely zero tolerance for racist, hateful, discriminatory, or morally repugnant content of any kind. Violations result in immediate permanent suspension and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
- Racist, bigoted, or hateful content — content that demeans, mocks, or dehumanizes individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Illegal content — anything that violates any applicable local, state, federal, or international law
- Sexually explicit or obscene content — pornographic, indecent, or exploitative material of any kind
- Content involving minors — in any sexual, exploitative, or inappropriate context whatsoever
- Harassment, threats, or intimidation — targeted harassment of any individual or group
- Non-consensual depictions — videos of real people without their consent, including deepfakes intended to deceive or harm
- Defamatory content — false statements of fact presented as true that damage another person's reputation
- Graphic violence or gore — content depicting violence, self-harm, or the glorification of harmful acts
- Impersonation or fraud — impersonating any person or entity for deceptive or harmful purposes
- Intellectual property infringement — content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Spam or unsolicited commercial messaging — using MoooVeee to generate mass unsolicited communications
Third-party AI filtering (including Wan 2.6) may independently reject prohibited prompts. Such AI-side rejections are not grounds for a refund. We reserve the right — but are not obligated — to review, refuse, or remove any content at our sole discretion.
5 Your Content & License to Us
You retain ownership of the photos, audio recordings, and scripts you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process it solely to generate your requested video.
If you opt in to our video showcase program (see Section 9 and our Privacy Policy), you additionally grant MoooVeee a license to feature your completed video on our website and social media channels for marketing and promotional purposes.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and consents for any content you submit — including the consent of any identifiable person depicted in photos or recordings you upload.
6 Payments & Refunds
MoooVeee operates on a pay-per-video model. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All charges are clearly disclosed before payment is collected. For details on satisfaction refunds, please review our Refund Policy.
7 Intellectual Property
All MoooVeee platform content — including branding, interface design, and underlying technology — is owned by MoooVeee and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any portion of the MoooVeee platform without prior written permission.
AI-generated videos you create are delivered to you for personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms and the terms of the underlying AI model providers.
8 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
MoooVeee is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoooVeee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9 Social Media & Showcase Use
We love showing off the incredible things people create with MoooVeee. After your video is ready, you may be asked — on an entirely optional, opt-in basis — whether you'd like it featured as a showcase example on our website or social media pages. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
10 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MoooVeee and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
11 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MoooVeee at any time, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful or illegal conduct. Termination for Section 4 violations may be immediate and permanent.
12 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MoooVeee is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
13 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of MoooVeee after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
